Kualifikasi:
Mahasiswa aktif minimal semester 5, diutamakan dari jurusan Sistem Informasi / Teknik Informatika / Manajemen / Psikologi.
Memiliki ketertarikan pada bidang HR dan HR Information System (HRIS).
Memahami dasar Microsoft Excel, data processing, dan data management.
Memiliki kemampuan dasar IT, troubleshooting, atau pengelolaan sistem menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti dalam mengolah data dan administrasi HR.
Komunikatif, proaktif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Bersedia mengikuti program magang secara full-time.
