About the role
Mengelola fungsi HR & General Affairs, memastikan kebutuhan SDM, administrasi ketenagakerjaan, hubungan industrial, fasilitas umum, serta kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan berjalan efektif.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1 Manajemen/SDM atau setara
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang HRGA
- Memahami HR Management, GA, payroll, end-to-end recruitment & industrial relations
- Memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi & problem solving yang baik
- Bersedia untuk mengikuti proses rekrutmen secara offline di Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor
