- Melakukan proses rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penerimaan karyawan baru.
- Melakukan dan mengawasi regulasi Industrial Relation & Employee Relation.
- Mengelola proses pembaruan database dan BPJS karyawan.
- Membantu tim operasional dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan.
- Mengelola proses onboarding bagi seluruh karyawan baru.
- Mengimplementasikan metode training yang efektif.
- Merencanakan program training yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bisnis.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan terakhir S1, diutamakan Psikologi, Hukum, atau Manajemen SDM.
- Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun.
- Berdomisili di Banyumas dan sekitarnya.
