What they need
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai HSE Officer minimal 3 tahun, diutamakan di bidang konstruksi/proyek.
- Wajib memiliki Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) yang masih berlaku.
- Diutamakan memiliki SKK Konstruksi Ahli Madya yang masih berlaku.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Auditor HSE/K3 atau terlibat dalam kegiatan audit internal maupun eksternal.
- Memahami standar dan sistem manajemen SMK3, ISO 45001, dan regulasi K3 yang berlaku.
- Mampu melakukan safety inspection, hazard identification, risk assessment, dan audit kepatuhan K3.
- Mampu menyusun laporan audit, temuan, corrective action, dan preventive action.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di site/proyek sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
