- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Human Resources/Human Capital minimal 1 tahun.
- Memahami dasar-dasar recruitment, administrasi kepegawaian, dan employee relations.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu menangani permasalahan karyawan dengan objektif, profesional, dan solutif.
- Teliti, terorganisir, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu mengelola data menggunakan Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft Excel.
- Memahami dasar peraturan ketenagakerjaan serta mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
