Qualification :
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Mampu bekerja cepat, multitasking, dan terbiasa di lingkungan operasional
- Sabar menghadapi berbagai tipe karyawan
- Mampu menggunakan google sheet dan google docs
- Memahami penuh fungsi HR end to end, serta regulasi ketenagakerjaan
- Bersedia bekerja dengan kontrak minimal 6 bulan
Responsibilities :
- Menyusun strategi HR jangka pendek dan panjang
- Mengelola proses onboarding dan orientasi karyawan
- Membuat jadwal mingguan
- Mengelola administrasi personalia (data, absensi, kontrak, dll)
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen
- Menangani isu hubungan kerja, peraturan, dan kepatuhan ketenagakerjaan
- Membantu pelaksanaan koordinasi lintas divisi sesuai arahan manajemen
