PT. Indonesia Stanley Electric perusahaan manufaktur PMA Jepang yang memproduksi lampu kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 seperti Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Mitsubishi dll.
Saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Human Resources Staff dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :
- Pendidikan Min. S1 Psikologi (Wajib)
- Memiliki Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun di bidang Recruitment, Development dan Assesment
- Memahami alat-alat tes psikologi serta proses penilaian bagi karyawan dan calon karyawan
- Mampu menganalisis hasil penilaian psikologi dan memberikan rekomendasi
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Memiliki antusiasme dan dedikasi yang tinggi.
- Bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi secara offline di Tangerang, Banten
