- Menciptakan hubungan industrial yang harmonis antara karyawan dan perusahaan
- Melakukan LKS Bipartit rutin
- Membuat Peraturan perusahaan yang seimbang antara hak dan kewajiban
- Melakukan penyelesaian perkara Hubungan Industrial, Bipartite - Tripartite dan PHI
- Mahir dalam proses negosiasi
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Memiliki Izin Advokat
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Industrial Relation & Eksternal Relation di perkebunan kelapa sawit/HTI
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyelesaian perkara hubungan industrial
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan negosiasi yang baik
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Site Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Kalimantan Barat
