- Minimal D3/S1 Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, Desain Interior, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang interior/konstruksi
- Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar kerja interior
- Memahami proses pekerjaan interior, furniture, dan finishing
- Mampu mengkoordinasikan tukang, vendor, subkontraktor, dan tim internal
- Mampu melakukan monitoring progress, quality control, dan penyelesaian pekerjaan sesuai target
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik
- Tegas, bertanggung jawab, teliti, dan memiliki inisiatif
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan/dinas ke lokasi proyek
- Memiliki SIM A/C
