Kualifikasi:
- Mahasiswa aktif/fresh graduate D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memahami dasar administrasi keuangan dan akuntansi.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Teliti, rapi, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
- Mampu multitasking dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
- Pengalaman magang Finance/Accounting atau memahami software akuntansi menjadi nilai tambah.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Membantu administrasi dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan.
- Membantu proses invoice, reimbursement, dan pembayaran vendor.
- Membantu rekonsiliasi kas dan mutasi bank.
- Mengelola dokumen keuangan serta administrasi AP & AR.
- Membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan dan closing bulanan.
