* Membantu menyediakan invois, resit dan dokumen pembayaran.
* Membuat semakan dan rekod duit masuk & duit keluar.
* Membantu menyediakan Payment Voucher (PV) dan dokumen sokongan.
* Membantu membuat bank reconciliation dan semakan transaksi bank.
* Mengemaskini rekod accounts payable & accounts receivable.
* Membantu membuat follow-up bayaran pelanggan dan rekod status pembayaran.
* Menyusun dan memfailkan dokumen kewangan seperti invois, resit, PO dan baucar.
* Membantu menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan.
* Membantu semakan bil pembekal dan tuntutan perbelanjaan.
* Membantu kerja-kerja data entry menggunakan Microsoft Excel / sistem akaun.
