Kualifikasi
- S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Audit, PMO, atau IT Service Management.
- Memahami framework seperti COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, atau ISO 20000 menjadi nilai tambah.
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Power BI, atau tools dashboard lainnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, dokumentasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
Key Responsibilities
- Mengelola IT Governance Framework.
- Mengelola IT Policy, SOP, dan Standard.
- Mengelola IT Risk Register.
- Monitoring KPI, SLA, dan Operational Performance.
- Mengelola IT Audit dan Compliance.
- Monitoring IT Project Governance.
- Mengelola Dashboard dan Executive Report.
- Memfasilitasi Continuous Improvement pada proses TI.
