What they need
- Memimpin dan mengarahkan tim IT dalam menangani kebutuhan, permasalahan, dan operasional IT seluruh department.
- Mengelola dan memastikan infrastruktur IT perusahaan berjalan optimal, meliputi network, server, computer, PABX, CCTV, VLAN, DHCP, Wi-Fi, dan perangkat IT lainnya.
- Melakukan installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, dan troubleshooting terhadap infrastruktur IT serta memastikan downtime dapat diminimalkan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan user, Management, dan vendor dalam penyelesaian permasalahan, maintenance, serta pengembangan infrastruktur IT.
- Melakukan improvement dan pengembangan infrastruktur IT, termasuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada Management terkait kebutuhan hardware, software, security, server, network, dan sistem pendukung seperti ERP.
