What they need
- Pendidikan minimal D4/S1 Teknik Elektro, Elektronika, Mekatronika, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Embedded System, PLC, atau Automation.
- Menguasai programming mikrokontroler (STM32/ESP32/Arduino).
- Menguasai PLC Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens/Mitsubishi/LS atau semacamnya).
- Memahami sensor, actuator, wiring/electrical schematic, HMI, inverter/VFD, dan industrial communication seperti Modbus RTU/TCP, RS232, TCP/IP, OPC.
- Memahami IoT & communication protocol seperti MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, REST API.
- Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting, problem solving, dan mampu bekerja secara tim.
