Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Mencapai target revenue, gross profit, dan pipeline yang ditetapkan perusahaan
- Mengidentifikasi peluang IT Outsourcing dan IT Factory pada customer perbankan
- Membangun dan mengelola hubungan strategis dengan stakeholder bank
- Melakukan account planning dan account penetration
- Mengembangkan peluang cross-selling dan up-selling
Solution Selling
Menawarkan layanan:
- IT Outsourcing (ITOS)
- Programmer
- Business Analyst
- Project Manager
- QA Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Database Administrator
- System Administrator
- Network Engineer
- Cyber Security Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Sales Enterprise
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman menangani account Banking / Financial Services
Preferred:
Berpengalaman menjual IT Outsourcing, Professional Services, Managed Services, Application Development Services, atau IT Factory Services
Memiliki active relationship dengan industri:
- Bank BUMN
- Bank Swasta Nasional
- Bank Digital
- Multifinance
Technical Knowledge:
- IT Outsourcing Model
- Dedicated Resource
- Body Leasing
- Managed Service
