Qualifications & Experience:
· Memiliki pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai IT Staff / IT Support / IT Infrastruktur
· Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Informatika/Ilmu Komputer
· Mampu bekerjasama dan dapat berkoordinasi dengan pihak lain
· Dapat bekerja dengan tim ataupun individu
· Inisiatif, adaptif, inovatif dan komunikatif
Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Mampu instalasi dan konfigurasi, hardware & peripherals, software dan jaringan
· Memiliki pengalaman terkait Active Directory (AD), Virtual Machine (VM) dan VLAN
· Mampu melakukan troubleshooting maupun perbaikan hardware & peripherals dan jaringan
· Mampu Kelola sistem CCTV
· Terbiasa melakukan inventaris asset IT
· Memiliki pengalaman support end-user terkait penggunaan sistem ERP (lebih disukai)
