IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant technical experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and process improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be amenable to work for Mondays-Saturdays
• Salary is negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT equipment such as but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, and two-way radios
• Program, configure, and maintain two-way radios while monitoring inventory and functionality
• Manage IT assets, equipment, and consumable inventories, including receiving, transferring, and documenting company assets
• Prepare IT-related reports, approval requests, requisitions, and other documentation, and coordinate with Accounting and Purchasing departments for procurement activities
• Supervise IT staff as assigned, monitor work schedules, and report operational updates to the IT Supervisor
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations, system efficiency, and equipment management
