d. Mengelola dokumen rencana pekerjaan dan kontrak kerja
e. Mengendalikan pengeluaran biaya selama proyek berjalan
f. Menilai progress kerja lapangan dan progress tagihan pembayaran
g. Dapat merencanakan Time Schedule pekerjaan dari awal hingga akhir proyek
f. Melakukan survey lapangan serta mampu mengidentifikasi potensi masalah
