- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di posisi terkait
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi & problem solving yang baik
- Berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan & pencapaian target
- Mampu menangani komplain pelanggan & mengambil keputusan dengan tepat
- Mahir menggunakan MS Office & terbiasa membuat laporan
