Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat, D3, atau S1, dengan latar belakang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Akuntansi, atau bidang yang relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun, diutamakan dalam bidang administrasi, warehouse, atau logistik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komputer yang baik dan terbiasa menggunakan aplikasi/sistem administrasi.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, serta mampu bersikap tegas dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan pekerjaan.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memastikan proses serah terima barang di gudang intransit berjalan sesuai prosedur.
- Melakukan upload DO & GI ke sistem ICA secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan user dan vendor untuk mengatur jadwal serah terima barang.
- Melakukan monitoring serta membuat laporan kondisi barang yang berada di gudang intransit.
