What they need
Qualifications:
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Bisnis/Manajemen/Marketing
- Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Key Account Executive/Officer di channel modern trade, diutamakan dari industri FMCG/food & beverage
- Memahami sistem trading term, listing fee, dan mekanisme kerja sama dengan retailer modern (Alfamart, Indomaret, dll)
- Terbiasa menganalisis data penjualan (sell-in/sell-out) dan menyusun strategi berbasis data
- Kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang kuat, terutama dengan buyer/purchasing retailer
- Mahir menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets untuk reporting dan analisis
- Memiliki SIM A/C dan bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan/dinas luar kota bila diperlukan
- Berorientasi target, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat
