What they need
Menjadi point of contact bagi brand/merchant yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
Mengawal onboarding brand baru hingga go-live (setup toko, integrasi, katalog)
Menyusun dan mengeksekusi account growth plan (GMV, up-selling, campaign)
Memantau performa akun harian: GMV, konversi, rating toko, stok, pengiriman
Menjadi penghubung klien dengan tim Operasional, Ads, Finance, IT, dan CS
Menegosiasikan kontrak, pricing/fee, dan SLA layanan
Menyusun laporan performa berkala dan memimpin business review
Requirements:
S1 segala jurusan, diutamakan Bisnis/Marketing/Manajemen
Pengalaman 2–5 tahun sebagai Account Manager/KAM di e-commerce enabler atau marketplace
Memahami ekosistem marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
Komunikasi, negosiasi, dan analisis data yang kuat
