- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Key Account Executive, Modern Trade, atau Sales B2B, diutamakan dari perusahaan FMCG/distribusi.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Berpengalaman menangani key account/modern trade.
- Mampu menyusun strategi penjualan dan mengembangkan hubungan bisnis dengan pelanggan.
- Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan PowerPoint.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data penjualan dan penyusunan laporan.
- Memiliki SIM A/C dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta, Bekasi, atau Tangerang.
