Kualifikasi :
Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai KAE/ Modern Trade
Berpengalaman mengelola & negosiasi trading term (listing, rebate, promo, MDF, dll)
Memahami skema kerjasama Modern Trade & Profitability Account
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik
Berpengalaman menangani strategic/ key account
Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI
Mampu menyusun sales plan & strategi pengembangan akun
Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint)
