- Membantu memindahkan dan menata bahan baku serta perlengkapan kitchen.
- Membantu menjaga ketersediaan kebutuhan dasar di setiap station.
- Membantu meminimalkan waste dan menggunakan bahan sesuai arahan.
- Mematuhi standar hygiene, sanitasi, dan food safety.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Chef atau atasan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
