Tugas kamu di Batamera:
- Menyiapkan makanan sesuai standar Batamera
- Menjaga rasa tetap konsisten (ini WAJIB, bukan opsional)
- Menjaga kebersihan area dapur (harian & closing)
- Mengontrol bahan baku (tidak boros, tidak asal pakai)
- Bekerja cepat tanpa mengorbankan kualitas
Ikut menjaga ritme dapur saat ramai (ini battlefield, bukan santai)
Kriteria:
- Memiliki pola positif
- Punya pengalaman di dapur (nilai plus, tapi bukan wajib)
- Tidak malas & tidak banyak alasan
- Bisa kerja dalam tekanan
- Mau belajar dan dikoreksi
- Disiplin waktu (telat = masalah)
- Jujur (ini non-negotiable)
