Mengidentifikasi dan merekomendasikan KOL yang relevan dan sesuai dengan nilai brand, target audiens, dan objektif kampanye pemasaran. Membantu Supervisor KOL & Brand Ambassador untuk divisi brand dalam pengelolaan operasional, supervisi, koordinasi, dan menjadi penanggung jawab aktivitas harian Marketing KOL brand.
Job Specification:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 pada bidang studi Manajemen, Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi, E-Commerce, atau sejenisnya.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang KOL/Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, atau Account Executive. Memiliki pengalaman pada sektor E-Commerce menjadi nilai tambah.
- Berpengalaman menangani operasional marketplace dan koordinasi kampanye offline/online menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel atau Google Workspace.
- Memahami ekosistem TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Shopee Seller Centre, serta pengelolaan e-commerce.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis performa penjualan dan campaign yang akurat.
