- Min. D3/S1, semua jurusan
- Memiliki SIM A/C
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang Sales, diutamakan FMCG.
- Berpengalaman menangani Distributor, Modern Trade (MT) & Grosir.
- Berpengalaman mengelola dan berkoordinasi dengan SPV & Sales Distributor.
- Mampu melakukan monitoring stock all brand dan selling out distributor.
- Mampu menganalisis sales, stock, target, dan trend pasar FMCG menggunakan Excel/Pivot Table.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, negosiasi, komunikasi & problem solving yang baik.
- Mampu memonitor dan mengarahkan aktivitas serta pencapaian tim sales di lapangan.
- Memahami display, visibility, availability, flooring & aktivitas promosi di MT.
- Target oriented, proaktif, pantang menyerah dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
- Bersedia melakukan Upcontry diluar area pulau jawa
