- Memiliki sikap profesional dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Siap bekerja Shifting
Job Deskripsi :
- Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data customer
- Menganalisis data yang terkumpul, melakukan pengecekan keabsahan, berkoordinasi dengan team leader untuk dokumen, informasi, dan konfirmasi lebih lanjut
- Mempertahankan SLA dan akurasi untuk kepuasan pelanggan dan regulator
