What they need
✨Melakukan proses penyesuaian atau pencampuran pewarna skala laboratorium untuk mencapai warna yang identik dengan sampel atau referensi dari konsumen.
✨Membuat, mencatat, dan mengelola resep atau formula pencampuran warna secara akurat agar dapat diaplikasikan pada proses produksi massal.
✨Melakukan uji coba pewarnaan pada media kain dan mengevaluasi hasil celupan.
✨Memastikan konsistensi dan kesesuaian kualitas warna dari setiap percobaan atau pesanan agar tidak ada perbedaan yang mencolok (color difference).
Kualifikasi :
✨D3 / S1 Kimia, Teknik Tekstil, Seni Tekstil, atau bidang relevan.
✨Minimal 1 tahun di lab warna / pewarnaan batik menjadi nilai tambah.
✨Memahami dasar proses pewarnaan batik.
✨Mampu mengikuti formula dan standar warna
✨Bersedia bekerja full time dan ditempatkan di Cirebon
