Uraian Pekerjaan:
- Membuat Legal Opinion dalam setiap Case yang sedang di hadapi Perusahaan
- Mereview legal contract, perjanjian kerjasama dan dokumen legal lain yang berhubungan dengan project perusahaan dimana ditempatkan
- Menguasai pembuatan dan review surat perjanjian beserta monitoring validitasnya
- Penyelesaian Sengketa Hukum Perusahaan
- Pekerjaan lainnya yang ditugaskan secara khusus oleh perusahaan
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum, S2 lebih disukai
Pengalaman kerja minImal 1 tahun dibidangnya
Sudah mengambil PKPA dan sudah beracara lebih disukai
Mempunyai pengalaman kerja di Law Firm lebih disukai
Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan
