What they need
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Mengelola proses operasional loan restructuring dan close-and-rebook sesuai approval yang telah ditentukan
- Melakukan pengecekan dokumen approval, nominal loan, serta pending disbursement
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Collections untuk proses penghentian, pengecekan outstanding, dan aktivasi kembali loan sesuai repayment schedule
- Menyiapkan dan mengajukan funding request kepada Treasury untuk proses disbursement dan repayment
- Melakukan monitoring repayment melalui bank statement dan proses repayment mapping
- Memastikan loan lama berhasil ditutup dan loan baru berhasil dibuat setelah proses repayment
- Menjaga kelengkapan tracker, dokumentasi, email trail, dan supporting documents untuk kebutuhan reporting dan audit
