What they need
- Rekonsiliasi Setoran: Menerima dan mencocokkan uang tunai (hasil COD/setoran supir) dengan Surat Jalan dan data penjualan barang.
- Setoran Bank: Menyetorkan uang tunai harian yang terkumpul di gudang ke rekening resmi bank perusahaan secara tepat waktu.
- Kelola Kas Kecil (Petty Cash): Mengatur dan mencatat pengeluaran operasional logistik (bensin, tol, parkir, perbaikan darurat armada).
- Input Data & Laporan: Membuat Laporan Arus Kas Harian (Daily Cash Report) dan menginput data keuangan logistik ke sistem perusahaan.
- Kontrol Selisih & Dokumen: Memeriksa jika ada selisih uang/barang serta merapikan dokumen bukti serah terima (POD/Proof of Delivery).
