What they need
Job desc:
- Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik sebelum memulai proses pemesinan
- Menyiapkan dan setting benda kerja, alat potong (cutting tools) yang akan digunakan pada mesin
- Melakukan setting program, kecepatan, dan parameter mesin
- Melakukan proses machining, pemeriksaan dimensi, pengukuran dan pemeriksaan hasil machining
- Melakukan perakitan dies, fitting, proses drilling, reaming, tapping, dan pekerjaan pendukung assembly lainnya
- Pengecekan fungsi dan pengukuran benda kerja hasil machining
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. SMK Teknik
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator machining pada industri dies stamping untuk otomotif minimal 2 tahun
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin CNC big machine dan small machine (wajib)
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin bubut, drill/bor, crane (lebih disukai)
- Mampu menggunakan alat-alat perkakas tangan (hand tools) dan alat ukur
