What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman di bidang maintenance/teknisi (diutamakan hotel, resort, atau properti)
- Menguasai minimal salah satu dari: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), service/reparasi AC, atau perbaikan umum lainnya — lebih diutamakan yang multiskill (bisa lebih dari satu bidang)
- Memahami dasar-dasar kelistrikan, plumbing, dan mekanikal
- Mampu mendiagnosa dan memperbaiki kerusakan secara mandiri
- Terbiasa melakukan preventive maintenance, bukan hanya menangani kerusakan setelah terjadi
- Memiliki sertifikasi teknis (kelistrikan/AC) menjadi nilai tambah
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan cepat tanggap terhadap laporan kerusakan
- Memahami prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3), termasuk penggunaan APD
- Rajin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab
- Bersedia kerja shift, termasuk standby untuk kondisi darurat di luar jam kerja
- Fisik sehat dan mampu bekerja di lapangan (termasuk di ketinggian bila diperlukan)
- Paham sedikit Bahasa Inggris
