What they need
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan Troubleshooting onsite terhadap permasalahan/kendala yang dialami pelanggan aktif
- Melakukan Preventive Maintenance jaringan internet pelanggan
- Memastikan jaringan internet pada pelanggan berjalan dengan normal
- Memberikan Solusi terhadap permasalahan/kendala yang dialami pelanggan di tempat (visit Customer)
- Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat internet (Access Point, Router, Switch/Hub, dll) sesuai dengan hasil survey
- Membuat laporan hasil Troubleshoot dan instalasi perangkat di pelanggan
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK di Sistem Komputer/ Teknologi Informasi/ Sejenis.
- Mengerti perangkat - perangkat Network seperti (Mikrotik, Access Point, Switch, POE)
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (Motor) dan SIM C (Aktif)
- Sudah melakukan vaksin minimal dosis 2
- Bersedia bekerja dengan intensitas tinggi dan berorientasi pada target
- Mampu bekerja shift siang maupun malam
- Jujur dan komunikatif
