About the role
Sebagai Teknisi, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan pada fasilitas bangunan proyek dalam rangka mempertahankan kehandalan, ketersediaan dan keselamatan kerja dalam kegiatan operasional proyek.
Key responsibilities
- Melakukan pekerjaan pengoperasian, perbaikan dan perawatan alat dan fisik gedung
- Memelihara performance fisik luar bangunan
- Menangani elemen Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP)
- Memastikan pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu sesuai rencana
- Memahami proses maintenance HVAC
