What they need
- Memantau dan mengoordinasikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance pada mesin packing.
- Melakukan analisis akar masalah serta memastikan tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan berjalan efektif.
- Memastikan implementasi preventive maintenance dan perawatan mesin berjalan sesuai jadwal.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance memenuhi standar Q&A dan SHE.
Requirements:
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang maintenance, diutamakan dari industri FMCG/manufaktur.
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan maintenance pada mesin mekanikal, seperti conveyor, pneumatic, dan mesin produksi lainnya.
- Memahami preventive dan corrective maintenance.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan koordinasi tim yang baik.
