TUJUAN JABATAN:
Mengkoordinir tim Maintenance Planner di proyek untuk melakukan perencanaan perawatan unit, membuat program kerja Departemen Plant di proyek, memonitor progres pekerjaan serta menutup secara system semua pekerjaan Departemen Plant yang telah diselesaikan.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai maintenance planner di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mendalam berkaitan maintenance planning perawatan & perbaikan alat-alat berat.
- Dapat mengoperasikan program Ms. Office, AMT, ERP Microsoft Dynamic Ax.
- Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh project.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem kerja roster.
- Memiliki Sertifikat POP.
