Kualifikasi
Pendidikan
- Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Manajemen, Tata Boga, Hospitality, Food Technology atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman
- Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman di bakery, F&B, restaurant, café atau retail food.
- Minimal 2 tahun pada posisi Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager.
- Berpengalaman mengelola tim dan operasional outlet.
Kompetensi Teknis
- Memahami bakery & food production.
- Memahami costing/HPP dan food cost.
- Memahami inventory management.
- Memahami SOP food safety & hygiene.
- Memahami sales & marketing F&B.
- Mampu membaca laporan penjualan dan P&L.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
