What they need
Persyaratan Umum :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, Teknik mesin, Arsitektur, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang Procurement, Maintenance, atau project outlet F&B/Retail.
- Memahami proses pengadaan barang dan jasa (Vendor management, tender, negosiasi, PO).
- Memahami pemeliharaan gedung, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, Kitchen Equipment, dan peralatan operational outlet.
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik (Layout, Shop drawing, MEP) menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Odoo atau sejenisnya menjadi nilai tambah)
Kompetensi Teknis :
- Paham urgency dan mapping kebutuhan secara cepat dan tepat
- Melakukan sourcing dan evaluasi vendor
- Negosiasi harga, kualitas, SLA, dan kontrak
Kompetensi Soft Skill
- Komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Analisis biaya dan problem solving
- Mampu bekerja dibawah target dan deadline
- Teliti, Jujur, dan berintegrasi
- Mampu mengelola banyak outlet sekaligus
