What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang produksi industri makanan, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai Manager Produksi.
- Memahami proses produksi, pengendalian mutu, dan keamanan pangan.
- Menguasai penerapan GMP, HACCP, SSOP, serta ISO 22000/FSSC 22000.
- Memahami regulasi BPOM, Sertifikasi Halal, dan siap menghadapi audit internal maupun eksternal.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, serta mampu mencapai target produksi.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
