Kriteria:
- Memiliki pendidikan minimal D3 dari hospitality/administrasi lebih disukai
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai SPV/Manager di bidang F&B minimal 3tahun
- Terbiasa kerja dalam tekanan, target, dan lembur
- Dibutuhkan yang giat kerja, rajin, cekatan, dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah
- Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang Kota Wisata, Cibubur
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap kelancaran operasional Restoran
Mampu mengatur dan memimpin seluruh karyawan restoran (minimal 30 karyawan)
Bertanggung jawab kepada owner terhadap laporan keuangan dan laporan operasional resto
Tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh kebutuhan SDM (Hiring, payroll, absensi, performance review, dll)
Mengatur stok bahan baku, order supply ke vendor, dll
Marketing planning
BENEFIT: Gaji Pokok, Bonus Insentif, tersedia mess dan makan, THR
Working Hour: Senin-Minggu (9jam kerja/hari), total libur 4x dalam sebulan
