- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Marketing dan Casual Leasing di Mall minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki relasi yang baik dengan tenant, networking luas
- Memiliki database tenancy yg luas lebih diutamakan
- Mahir dalam Ms. Office (Word, Excell, Power Point)
- Dapat segera bergabung
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan Canvasing dalam rangka memperoleh database dan prospek tenant untuk pemenuhan target
- Memastikan Revenue dan tingkat hunian sewa sesuai dengan target perusahaan
- Memastikan pembayaran sewa sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di perusahaan
- Membuat laporan marketing (daily, weekly, mothly)
- Bekerja sama dengan tim Event Promo dalam memastikan terselenggaranya acara guna meningkatkan traffic pengunjung mall
