What they need
Minimal D3/S1 Marketing, Bisnis Internasional, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait
2–3 tahun pengalaman di Export Sales / International Sales / Export Marketing
Aktif secara lisan & tulisan; mampu melakukan business negotiation dan correspondence
Memahami proses prospecting, quotation, negotiation, follow-up, hingga closing customer luar negeri
Memahami alur ekspor: PO → Proforma Invoice → dokumen ekspor → shipment → customs → pembayaran
Memahami T/T, L/C, DP, payment term dan risiko pembayaran internasional
Memahami dasar regulasi ekspor dan persyaratan produk negara tujuan
