What they need
- Identify dan approach potential partners untuk kebutuhan brand collaboration, sponsorship, event, community, dan campaign.
- Menyusun proposal partnership, melakukan pitching, negosiasi, hingga eksekusi kerja sama.
- Mengembangkan program co-marketing dan strategic partnership untuk meningkatkan brand exposure dan customer reach.
- Mengelola database dan relationship dengan partner, KOL, komunitas, media, dan external stakeholders.
- Mengukur hasil partnership berdasarkan reach, engagement, leads, exposure, dan business impact.
- Melakukan market research untuk menemukan peluang partnership baru.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing, Sales, dan tim terkait dalam pelaksanaan campaign.
Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di Marketing Partnership, Business Development, atau Marketing Communication.
- Memahami brand collaboration, sponsorship, dan campaign activation.
- Memiliki kemampuan pitching, negotiation, communication, dan networking yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan melakukan evaluasi berdasarkan data.
- Proaktif, persuasive, dan memiliki commercial awareness yang baik.
