What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Memonitor data pengajuan barang dan jasa dari Dept. Marketing.
- Membuat invoice tagihan kepada pihak ketiga.
- Melakukan stock take barang aset Dept. Marketing.
- Menginput data pengajuan budget Dept. Marketing.
- Memonitor pembayaran dan LPJ atas budget yang sudah dikeluarkan.
- Bekerjasama dengan departemen lain mengenai pengajuan budget dan pengadaan barang.
- Melakukan filling data dengan rapi dan baik.
Requirements:
- Minimal S1 (Bachelor's Degree) jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja relevan minimal 1 tahun.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP dan Pivot Table) serta Ms. Word dan PPT.
