Job Description – Marketing Sipil/Interior
- Mencari dan mengembangkan calon klien untuk proyek sipil, konstruksi, dan interior.
- Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien, arsitek, kontraktor, developer, dan pihak terkait.
- Melakukan presentasi dan penawaran produk/jasa kepada calon klien.
- Melakukan survei dan analisa kebutuhan serta potensi pasar.
- Menyusun strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mendapatkan proyek baru.
- Melakukan follow up terhadap calon klien hingga proses negosiasi dan closing.
- Membuat laporan aktivitas marketing dan perkembangan calon proyek.
- Mengikuti perkembangan tren pasar serta mencari peluang bisnis baru.
- Bersedia melakukan kunjungan/survey ke lokasi proyek, termasuk ke luar kota.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim desain, estimator, dan project untuk memastikan kebutuhan klien dapat ditindaklanjuti.
