Job Description:
- Melakukan administrasi asuransi untuk klien.
- Membantu proses administrasi pengajuan asuransi.
- Membantu dan berkoordinasi dengan HRD terkait proses asuransi.
- Melakukan monitoring proses case management pelanggan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan TPA (Third-Party Administrator) terkait pelayanan dan proses administrasi pelanggan.
