What they need
- Pendidikan: Minimal SMK Teknik Otomotif, Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, Teknik Elektronika, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman: Minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Mekanik kendaraan niaga/passenger atau kendaraan listrik.
- Teknis: Memahami troubleshooting, perawatan, dan perbaikan kendaraan listrik; memahami sistem kelistrikan, baterai, dan komponen kendaraan listrik. Sertifikasi kendaraan listrik menjadi nilai tambah.
- Karakter: Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara sistematis.
- Soft Skill: Komunikatif, mampu bekerja sama, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah.
- Mobilitas: Bersedia bekerja shift dan ditempatkan di seluruh lokasi kerja perusahaan; SIM A/B1/B2 menjadi nilai tambah.
